We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. IRSAttorneys.net is an advertising and referral website operated by Wilder West Assets, LLC. We do not collect your information on this website, and we do not call, text, or email you. When you click a call-to-action link to request a case evaluation, you leave this website and are taken to a separate website operated by Leads.net LLC (formerly Legal Brand Marketing, LLC) (“Leads.net”), where you provide your information and any consent to be contacted directly to Leads.net under its terms. This page describes what that consent generally involves so it is disclosed to you before you proceed.

1. Who Will Contact You

If you submit a case-evaluation request on Leads.net’s website, you may be contacted about your interest in obtaining legal representation for your tax matter by:

Leads.net LLC (formerly Legal Brand Marketing, LLC); and
Independent, licensed attorneys and their staff within Leads.net’s network who handle IRS and state tax-resolution matters.

IRSAttorneys.net and Wilder West Assets, LLC do not contact you and are not the parties that will call, text, or email you.

2. How You May Be Contacted

By providing your telephone number and information on Leads.net’s website, you may be giving your prior express written consent to be contacted by the parties identified in Section 1 through:

Telephone calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice;
SMS / text messages (message and data rates may apply); and
Email.

The communications will relate to the tax-resolution help you requested — for example, evaluating IRS debt, liens, levies, wage garnishments, or unfiled returns — consistent with the context in which you provided your information. The exact terms of your consent are those presented to you on Leads.net’s website at the time you submit your request.

3. Consent Is Not Required to Obtain Services

Consent to be contacted by automated phone calls or text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any services. You may inquire about legal representation by contacting an attorney directly without providing this consent.

4. Do Not Call Registries

If you provide consent on Leads.net’s website, you should understand that it may apply even if the telephone number you provide is registered on any federal or state Do Not Call list, to the extent permitted by law and with respect to the parties identified in Section 1.

5. Text Message (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages on Leads.net’s website, the following general terms typically apply, as further described in Leads.net’s own terms:

Message frequency varies based on your interaction; you may receive recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, and reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Revoking Your Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time and by any reasonable means — including by replying STOP to any text message, by telling any caller during a call that you wish to stop being contacted, or by contacting the party that is contacting you. Because the consent is given to Leads.net and the participating attorneys, you should direct a revocation request to those parties; under current rules, a revocation request must be honored within 10 business days. If you contact us, we will pass your request along to Leads.net where feasible, but we do not control their communications and we do not contact you ourselves.

7. Relationship to Our Privacy Policy

This Consent Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains that we operate as an advertising and referral website, that we do not collect the information you submit on Leads.net’s website, and how to exercise your privacy rights.
